Hi, I am a travel agent, cruises are more affordable than most people think. If you want you can go to and make a search or from that same site you can email me at and I will be more than happy to help you put a cruise together.
It depends on where you live you may be able to take a cruise right from your area which will save on airfare and therefore make your cruise more affordable.
Check out the website and if you need individual help feel free to contact me via email.

I usually find a good deal at iBtraveling.com
This site will let you compare all the different companies that offer cruises and this way you’ll get the cheapest cruise.
Just remember after you book a cruise and use your credit card, re-start your computer just to be safe, like you would for any other purchase you make online.
Book a cabin with a window on the bottom floor in the middle of the ship for a cheap rate, but nice cabin. Once you’re on board ship, it doesn’t matter where you close your eyes, because you’ll only be in the cabin to shower, dress and sleep.

Try.
If there are cruise out of somewhere close to your house you can save on airfare which is always quite a large addition to a trip.
Carnival and Princess are both great Cruise lines. I like destinations like the Caribbean and Mexico. Nice hot weather!
Happy Cruising!

I always book through Carnival direct. I use the same vacation planner all the time. He always gets me the best price, better than any of the discount websites, or travel agents I have looked at. I actually had a travel agent guarantee my the lowest price, and it came in over $100 over what he quoted me. I always check the prices on the webpages while my wife is on the phone with him, and he is always cheaper. He also guarantees the lowest price. And best of all, he always gets me upgrades, even after the payment is made.

I found the best prices on cruises that are close to the end or begining of the season.

Try and go to book travel. They list all different cruise lines and prices. Also there is a section in the site called group booking. They give discounts there. Another thing that you can do is fill out the section on the bottom of the page that asks for you
e-mail address. They will sent you an e-mail with discounts. Hope this helped!!

travel agents willg et you the best deal because they are able to get unpublished fares. cruises are good because u only have to put down a deposit and then keep paying what ever amount you want. if u book everything through the crusie line such as air and tranfers you can make payments on those as well. so my answer is the travel agent or the cruise line directly

why give extra to a travel agent, I have done my research for my last 3 Cruise and I got right to carnival direct, the best time of the year is between Sept - Dec,
the last 2 cruise we book even our vacation planner was in wow on the deal I found
family vacation for 4, (2 adults 2 teens) in Sept for under $1800 for a 7 day on the Carnival Glory!

The best deal is usually to sail from the port closest to home if it’s withing driving distance. Airfare is a major factor if you have to fly to and from the port.
Carnival is the least expensive cruise line and cruises in October - February (with the exception of school holiday break weeks) are usually the lowest.
Call Carnival direct. They will always give you the best price on any trip and ALWAYS beat all the websites.
There are 3 and 4 night cruises from Florida ports and Texas that are very reasonable and advertised from $189 per person. The easiest site I’ve found to shop the prices and available cabins is. Once you see what you want, call the cruise line direct for your best price.
If you HAVE to fly, you’ll always do better on getting your own airfare. Fly in the day before you depart and stay near the port for a night to make sure you don’t miss your cruise. When booking your flight home, the cruise lines tell you not to book before 1 or 2pm even though you’ll be back in port at 8am. The last two cruises I’ve been on, I’d have missed any flight prior to 3pm. So, I’d suggest taking an extra day at your port city before flying home or at least not getting a flight before 6pm or so.
Good luck! and have fun on your cruise!!

if you book with a cruise line direct you will NOT get the best deal! Find out where you and when you want to travel and then shop around.
